Use a strand of hair and put it on a plastic ruler(rub it well 1st).Only a small part of the strand should be on the ruler. The rest of it should be left dangling. This gives static charge to the strand of hair. So its like an initial input given to the hair. Now charge your fingers with energy and bring your finger close to the hair(don touch it)...i bet it will move...if u are good at this...try it without the ruler.
