First: Do not do to others what you would not want others to do to you. Second: In all activities, strive to do no harm. Third: Treat all life with consideration, honesty, faithfulness and respect. Fourth: Do not overlook wrong doing or ignore administering justice. Be ready to forgive violations that are freely admitted, honesty regretted and restitution made. Fifth: Explore with an attitude of joy and wonder. Sixth: Seek to improve through learning and experience. Seventh: Compare ideas and opinions with the facts, be ready to reject beliefs that do not comform with reality. Eighth: Do not criticize or suppress dissent. Honor the right of others to disagree within the bounds of acceptable conduct. Ninth: Form independent decisions on the basis of reason and experience. Do not be blindly led by others or emotions. Tenth: Question everything on an empathic and moral basis. The Eleventh Rule is not to violate the other ten rules too often.
